RETURNS POLICY:

'I Feel Pretty' reserves the right to refuse refunds and exchanges due to the color of the pictures listed or the actual color of the Gem or if the buyer, for personal reasons, wishes to return the goods . Only if the goods are not as described or if they have been damaged in transit will a refund or replacement be considered. A restocking fee of 15%, will be subtracted from all refunds unless a defective item cannot be replaced. The buyer shall bear the shipping cost and liability of goods returned to us. All sales are FINAL after 10 days of receipt of goods.
